 Goats
Goats Goats have most of the same advantages of the lama except for size and thus can't carry as much
weight. However, it is more practical to have a larger herd and thus be able to distribute a load
over many more animals. The primary advantage of using goats, for me, is that once bonded to
you they will follow you where ever you go - a big advantage when one must be traveling on
foot and directing one's attention to other things such as looking for plants, game, and humans.
They will eat anything and being smaller than the lama require less food be provided for them
when not on the move. The major disadvantage when traveling is the increased likelihood that
they could be noisy, thus giving away your location when trying to avoid any undesirable folks
you may run across.
