ZetaTalk Chat Q&A for February 22, 2014
Is something PX related going on here? Or is it a military exercise as being claimed? ABC only reported the first S shaped object however the Daily Mail had pictures of a second loop shaped object that formed the following day. [and from another] http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-02-12/wierd-s-in-the-sky/5255808 Strange 'S'-shaped radar phenomenon appears off WA coast. A strange S-shaped formation which appeared on weather bureau radar off the West Australian coast was not caused by cloud, the bureau says. The shape was spotted on the weather bureau's radar map on Wednesday about 30 kilometres west of Rottnest. After checking the satellite, the bureau's Neil Bennett ruled out the phenomenon being caused by cloud. "There's no cloud, there's nothing to produce a rain echo, which we do see a lot, but not this particular shape," he said. [and from another] http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-02-13/rottnest-monster-mystery-solved/5258964 Defence says training exercise caused weird S-shaped radar trace. A strange S-shaped phenomenon which appeared on the weather bureau radar off the West Australian coast was caused by a military exercise, the Department of Defence has confirmed. [and from another] http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2558212/Rott-Nest-monster-surfaces-weather-radar.html It lingered on the radar and moved in the wind. It was slow moving, it was slower moving than an aircraft dumping fuel but too fast for a helicopter. [and from another] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radar Radar is an object-detection system that uses radio waves to determine the range, altitude, direction, or speed of objects.
We explained when radar circles appeared
near Australia that this was caused by particle clumping due to changes in
the Earth’s magnetosphere near her magnetic S Pole. The radar S or snake
form is likewise due to particle clumping, but from a different cause. The
clump of an unknown particle, actually the remnant of an explosion, is
captured as a thing on radar
displays. Mankind is familiar with fireworks displays where a slow
explosion forms a curling snake, the snake writhing as it unfolds due to
interaction with the air around the firework. Once again, other than refer
to mankind’s ignorance on particle types, we cannot explain further.
Abbott government to buy long-range surveillance unmanned drone . Would the Zetas like to comment on this stance that is proposed here? Is the truth to watch closely migration routes of its own citizens, and that of our sinking neighbours to the North, Indonesia etc? [and from another] http://www.news.com.au/national/abbott-government-to-buy-longrange-surveillance-unmanned-drone/story-fncynjr2-1226827494587 The Triton is the only UAV that can fly at 20,000 metres and remain aloft for 30 hours to monitor up to 40,000 square kilometres of ocean in a single mission. It will carry a range of sensors including powerful 360 degree radar and infra-red and powerful optical cameras.
The ultra-right Australian government has been in the news repeatedly
while laying out their plans to prevent Indonesia from washing up on
Australian shores. Australia has made arrangement with New Guinea, a
fellow Commonwealth member, to take boatloads of immigrants diverted from
Australia. Australia has imprisoned immigrants into virtual prison camps
during processing. The challenge for Australia, however, is their long
coastline, impossible to man and survey continually so that immigrants can
readily sneak inland. Clearly they hope that long-range drones will
resolve that situation. During the hour of the Pole Shift and in the
Aftertime, such devices will
not suffice, but until then such devices will likely function.
A rare mass stranding of nine Orcas occurred on a remote southern New Zealand beach on February 12. Researchers said it was highly unusual for so many of these whales to run aground at the same time and they don't know why. Given that Orca pods are known to closely approach remote rocky coastlines in British Columbia to rub against smooth stones that comprise the beach, is this another tragic indication of wildly erratic tides and/or plate movement along the eastern Indo-Australian Plate? [and from another] http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/slideshow/ALeqM5hWrcv-HbR_KuanQOfxon-N3s7KmQ?docId=ef219d7d-f595-470b-af86-68ee24c57747&hl=en&index=0 [and from another] http://world.time.com/2014/02/12/killer-whales-die-mass-beaching-new-zealand-video/ [and from another] http://www.orcafree.org/how_socializing.html The pods will approach each other in line formation and then stop about 20 metres away from each other. After a short time they will swim towards each other and become extremely excited as they engage in physical caresses, swim in tight groups, and often display erections. Orca Whales come in close to shore to rub their bodies along the smooth flat stones on the beach for an hour or more. No one is sure why they prefer these stones, nor why they do it.
Man is a sensual creature, indulging in sexual activity for hours on end,
singularly or in groups, ie an orgy. Why would it be surprising to find
that man is not alone in having a high sex drive? Orcas are known to
engage in orgiastic activities, rubbing against each other or smooth
stones. All this is beyond the mating rituals required for propagation of
the species. New Zealand is on the edge of the Indo-Australian Plate,
which is rising on its eastern edge, and erratic tides are likewise on the
increase due to the Earth wobble. Those sexy Orcas got distracted, and put
themselves at risk.
Latest info from Courtney Brown is that the announcement has been "delayed" by at least 2 weeks. Is this a diversion to put people off the date or is it valid info? https://www.facebook.com/courtney.brown.7568596?hc_location=timeline [and from another] https://www.facebook.com/courtney.brown.7568596/posts/571371096287926?stream_ref=10 UPDATE ON THE DATE OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT What I need now is some sleep. I have been on the phone all night with people in the U.K., India, South Africa, and elsewhere, all involved with the upcoming announcement. From the very beginning, the anticipated date of the announcement was 28 February 2014. But there were some uncertainties due to the international nature of the issues involved, so we held off releasing the date. It was wise we did that. Nothing can stop the announcement, but the date involved a lot of coordination with various parties. The problem has been further exacerbated due to the fact that the announcement involves a location which at the present time is not entirely stable politically. Also, shipping of critical materials was involved, and one shipment turned out to have been corrupted, apparently while in transit. This is now being addressed. After lots of discussion with people all over the world who are involved one way or another, we are now expecting the announcement to happen in mid-March, about two weeks later than originally anticipated. Again, nothing can stop the announcement. But this announcement can happen only once, and it has to be done correctly. Given the amount of coordination involved, mid-March 2014 seems to be optimal. For those of you worried about people being cynical due to a short delay in the announcement, just don’t worry about it. All of that will go away once the announcement happens, and nothing can stop that from occurring. This short delay is not significant relative to the importance of the announcement. Getting it right is more important than anything else. The world really will change on that date. The change will happen slowly, but it will begin on that date, and nothing will be the same afterward.
Were Courtney Brown and his handlers told that they had stepped over the
line by talking about a date in February and trying to enhance Farsight
Institute’s reputation? Were they told to backpedal and take away any win
they might otherwise have secured? Yes. The people within the CIA who are
his handlers, who work with remote viewers, who want to see his institute
flooded with new applicants and funding at a time when funding from the US
is increasingly tight were chastized. There were demotions and penalties
and orders to take corrective action.
They decided since they couldn’t just eliminate Courtney Brown that he
would instead miss the mark by far. In this statement we are not giving
you the date. To miss the mark by far going into the future is the one
certain way to do that. Courtney also admitted in this statement that his
information came from phone calls, not from remote viewing. This tends to
put a pin in the bubble, bursting the bubble of his original plans, which
were to claim that he got the information from remote viewing so isn’t he
great.
This seems to be the second example of a fire which seems to have burnt important national records. Would the Zeta's like to comment on whether this was merely a coincidence or perhaps something else? To my eye this is a modern building which would have had considerable thought gone into fire safety. Was fairly recent albeit in Argentina. [and from another] http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2560149/Thousands-historic-documents-risk-fire-breaks-near-National-Archives.html Around 20 firefighters were today battling to stop a fire from setting light to thousands of historic documents after a blaze broke out close to the National Archives. The fire started close to the centre in Richmond-upon-Thames, south west London, which houses records of national importance covering more than 1,000 years of history. Two disused water towers which were in the process of being decommissioned caught fire in Kew, not far from the National Archives, at around 12.30pm. Both towers were said to have been '100% alight', according to a fire service spokesman. [and from another] http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-02-05/argentine-banking-system-archives-destroyed-deadly-fire While we are sure it is a very sad coincidence, on the day when Argentina decrees limits on the FX positions banks can hold and the Argentine Central Bank's reserves accounting is questioned publically, a massive fire - killing 9 people - has destroyed a warehouse archiving banking system documents. [and from another] http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/7-die-in-fire-destroying-argentine-bank-archives/2014/02/05/7c489abc-8e70-11e3-878e-d76656564a01_story.html?tid=auto_complete The destroyed archives included documents stored for Argentine corporations and banks. If the cause is found to be arson, it wouldn’t be the first time for Boston-based Iron Mountain Inc., which manages, stores and protects information for more than 156,000 companies and organizations in 36 countries. Fire investigators blamed arson for blazes that destroyed its warehouses in New Jersey in 1997 and London in 2006, prompting rounds of legal claims over lost records.
Both these fires were clearly arson. During a time when bankers or
associates likely to be called to testify about real estate titles and
derivatives involved in the 2008 housing bubble crash are being “suicided”
to prevent their testimony, such cases of destroyed archives will not be
uncommon. Bankers have access to money or the things money can buy, so the
minions paid to look the other way during insider deals or when dirty
derivatives were sold as clean were many. If they cannot be counted on to
be silent, they are killed, often in a rather obvious manner. Criminal
trials are prosecuted based on evidence “beyond a reasonable doubt” and
archives are such evidence. Thus, they will likely burn or disappear at an
increasing rate.
From the dailymail.co.uk - Forget the Internet - soon there will be the OUTERNET: Company plans to beam free Wi-fi to every person on Earth from space. Is this new project meant to provide internet access as the 'old' Internet experiences dropouts etc? [and from another] Is there more to this than just 'free access' for all? Preparing for the 8 of 10 plate movements? [and from another] Is google planning to take over the internet via communication infrastructure on the long run (at least the civilan part)? [and from another] http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2552177/Forget-Internet-soon-OUTERNET-Company-plans-beam-free-wi-fi-person-Earth-space.html An ambitious project known as Outernet is aiming to launch hundreds of miniature satellites into low Earth orbit by June 2015. Each satellite will broadcast the Internet to phones and computers giving billions of people across the globe free online access. Citizens of countries like China and North Korea that have censored online activity could be given free and unrestricted cyberspace. The group is hoping to raise tens of millions of dollars in donations to get the project on the road. Using a technique known as User Datagram Protocol (UDP) multitasking, which is the sharing of data between users on a network, Outernet will beam information to users. Much like how you receive a signal on your television and flick through channels, Outernet will broadcast the Internet to you and allow you to flick through certain websites. [and from another] http://www.nationaljournal.com/tech/coming-soon-free-internet-from-space-20140220 The satellites won't be providing conventional Internet right away. They'll initially be used for one-way communication to provide services like emergency updates, news, crop prices, and educational programs. Users will help determine what content is offered. It will be at least five years before Outernet can offer the more interactive Web as we know it, which allows users to both access information and upload it. [and from another] http://www.google.com/loon/ What is Project Loon? Many of us think of the Internet as a global community. But two-thirds of the world’s population does not yet have Internet access. Project Loon is a network of balloons traveling on the edge of space, designed to connect people in rural and remote areas, help fill coverage gaps, and bring people back online after disasters. Project Loon balloons float in the stratosphere, twice as high as airplanes and the weather. They are carried around the Earth by winds and they can be steered by rising or descending to an altitude with winds moving in the desired direction. People connect to the balloon network using a special Internet antenna attached to their building. The signal bounces from balloon to balloon, then to the global Internet back on Earth. [and from another] http://liliputing.com/2014/02/google-fiber-could-be-coming-to-as-many-as-34-new-cities.html Google is working with municipal leaders across the country to look into the feasibility of expanding its high-speed internet network. All told, Google is exploring bringing Google Fiber to up to 34 new cities in 9 metropolitan areas.
A sudden rush to provide an Internet gateway could have many motives. It
could be humanitarian, wanting to provide the Internet to regions of the
world still without access. It could have a profit motive, even if such
access is initially given away for free. A demand for traditional
land-based ISPs is created, as well as a demand for PCs and phones that
can access the Internet. There are also sinister possibilities, as where
there are many ISPs serving an area it is not possible to cut off the
Internet from the public, but limited gateways allow this type of control
by reducing the access options down to one.
Outernet, which on the face of it claims to be providing open access to
Communist countries such as China and N Korea, states that the network of
users would have access only to certain websites, and would not be
interactive for years. Outernet access to the Internet will be like cable
TV, where one has certain channels to choose from but cannot interact
with the TV stations. Nor can the clients chose what websites they want to
browse, beyond clicking through the selection offered. Project Loon is
essentially no different. What benefit any of this brings to mankind is in
the hands of man at present, as it could move in any direction, depending
upon who is in command.
What makes the social media aspect of the Internet, in place today, so
threatening to a control oriented establishment is the ability to send
data as well as merely receive. The reason DDOS attacks are utilized at
all against websites and the servers that host them is due to the inherent
nature of the Internet as constructed years ago. It was designed to overcome blocks by moving in many
different directions. A packet travels with an IP address, and can take an
infinite number of routes to deliver the packet to do so. It flows like
water. One must eliminate the source,
the offending website, to affect the traffic as once out of the door,
there is no stopping the packet.
The Internet at present is very competitive, with hundreds of service
providers available to provide Internet access. Savy users can even
purchase a computer and convert it to a server, becoming one’s own service
provider. The public is not excluded
from such activity. We have often stated that the Internet will not be
shut down, even during rioting that may commence during the 8 of 10
sociological changes, as business and governments use the Internet
intensely. But by getting large portions of the public to connect to a
controlled gateway, such as Google is offering in cities, one can control
those portions of the public.
