On Monday, May 11th, we had a surge of power through our house so great, that it magnified the brightness of our lightbulbs tenfold. The lights and one of the circuits proceeded to burn out, and the surge fried anything that was plugged in—as a strong burst of magnetic energy would. Even a surge strip did not keep the cable box from being fried. This type of situation has never occurred in our home in over 50 years. The event occurred at a little after 13:00 pm CST, or 18:00 UTC. No source was found for the surge, only a fried wire, which had caused a burning smell in the home. Certainly a malfunctioning wire, more than like fried by the surge as well, would not cause a surge in power, but a reduction in it. Would the Zetas care to comment on whether we are now experiencing EMPs from PX on a more frequent basis? If so, would it be recommended that all electronics not in use be disconnected from their power source? Space was relatively quiet, but the magnetosphere was fluctuating widely. Jade Barrow is a receptionist at 86 Deansgate, and said the whole building shook. She said: "The firemen explained to me that an electrical surge is like 2 magnets hitting each other. That's why it all shook because of the force." 370 and the recent Germanwings A320 are in the news because they impact
the airline industry, and the blame thus placed elsewhere. To date, pilot
suicide, storms, and bad pilot judgement have been used, and how is the
public to know otherwise? Electric trains such as the Disney
Monorail and DC Metro crash
incidents in 2009 and the recent Amtrak 188 go into investigation while
talking heads murmur about safety devices or track maintenance or
mechanical failure, which ultimately get the blame.
It is only when the public is broadly affected that the public can get a
hint that something else is afoot. Cell phones are regularly having
disrupted service but the blame is placed on blocked access to towers or
bad weather. The blackberry outage in
2008 was blamed on a software glitch. If the public is frankly being lied
to, engineers responsible for maintaining equipment and the grid are not
fooled. The talk has spilled over into the press, or into conversations
with the public. During the Washington
DC blackout, the electrical problem was described at first by the
Washington Post as a “surge”.
This is a key determinant between a failed electrical system, a simple
outage, and electro-magnetic pulse. Pulse
is a surge, and the sudden increase in the amount of magnetons and their
associated electrons, such that equipment controlled by a steady pace of
either particle flow goes into a runaway state. When equipment is guarded
by surge protection, to guard against lightning strikes, it will shut
down, as a brownout situation can damage equipment. But unless a lightning
strike was present, there can be no
excuse for a pulse or surge other than the presence of the
charged tail of Planet X, aka Nibiru.
What can the public expect? As cell phone service and cable TV via
satellite continues to degrade, as airplanes increasingly crash during
complete electronics failure or are forced to land with smoke in their
cockpits, as electric trains surge off the tracks and brakes fail, as
transformers explode at dams and on the grid, and as residential lights
flicker and erratic and unexplained and spotty blackouts descend, the
public can expect endless inane excuses from the establishment. The truth
will be withheld because mankind is so dependent upon his electrical
systems and equipment that the thought of being without is unthinkable. It
is mass denial.
Another Russian Rocket failure. Would the Z's care to comment on the recent Russian Progress failure? Was this launch intended to send some borders spying equipment, thus the failure? The cause of the latest accident with the Proton rocket was not immediately. The rocket was carrying the Express-AM4R satellite, a spacecraft designed to provide affordable Internet access to people living in remote parts of Russia. It is known that the nose cone did not separate from the rocket. This would mark the sixth major failure in the past three and a half years for the Proton, a family of launchers that has been in use since the mid-1960s. Most recently, a Proton-M rocket failed shortly after liftoff last July while carrying three satellites for Russia's Glonass navigation system. The Proton-M rocket had been carrying a Mexican satellite, but failed just 497 seconds after launch, causing both the rocket and satellite to be lost. All flights of Proton rockets are now grounded indefinitely, which is said to be leaving satellite manufacturers with upcoming launches planned nervous. While the initial launch looked fine, the Russian space agency - Roscosmos - said an ‘abnormal operation’ of the rocket’s third stage occurred at an altitude of 100 miles. The failure comes just a few weeks after a Progress M-27M cargo ship malfunctioned on its way to the ISS on 28 April on a Soyuz rocket.

Back to back failures of Russian launches have, at least temporarily,
closed down launches hosted in Russia or using this Russian technology. On
April 28 a cargo ship to resupply the ISS failed, and on May 15 a launch
of a satellite designed to provide Internet service to Siberia failed.
This has been an annual failure, occurring in 2011,
2012, 2013,
and 2014 and now
in 2015, with the Council of Worlds reiterating its message – do not block
attempts by your citizen to assist drowning migrants from other countries,
or at least do not block them completely.
These launches have been challenging the Council of Worlds repeatedly. In
2011 the issue was challenging the quarantine between the Annunaki and
mankind. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and again in 2015 it was to spy on migrations
or on the location of survivor camps in Siberia. In 2012 and 2014 photos
of the shootdown of the launches showed the UFO responsible for the
disaster, but still Russia persists. Why? There are former members of MJ12
in the US, guided by Service-to-Self aliens, who also defy the Council of
Worlds. These elite are persistently trying to establish camps on Mars,
where they have been told they can ride out the Pole Shift on Earth and
return as kings afterwards. This is not Obama’s agenda, nor are the
Russian attempts Putin’s agenda. These are corporate, not state efforts.
Seductive promises by Service-to-Self aliens play to the desire of souls
on Earth to have control over others for their benefit. Among the
Service-to-Self, this is a driving motive. When charming victims, in order
to manipulate them, does not work, the Service-to-Self will turn to
brutality. For the Russian launches, those trying to run Siberia in the
Aftertime like a slave camp under their control have not given up because
it is not their money being
wasted, and because they are arrogant and think if they just change their
approach in some way, they will be able to trick the Council of Worlds.
The Council is not amused.
