the seemingly endless earthquakes in their mountains lately portend more
upheaval, and fears their neighbors – the Kurds and Armenians – will gain

fear an uprising.

It’s known as the “viral load.” The most used test to determine if
someone has COVID-19, known as a PCR test, is either positive or
negative, that’s it. But the test does not identify the viral load —
the greater the amount of virus, the more likely it is that the
patient is contagious.
There are many tests for Covid-19, some registering false positives and
some that register a positive when few viruses are found. The viral load,
as epidemiologists call it, is not sufficient to cause a full-blown
infection. The virus can be present on the person, yet only cause a mild
immune system reaction. Test kits are designed to register ANY physical
response, and thus a vaccinated individual will register a response to the
virus. That said, yes both President Trump and Melania have registered an
immune system response to the Covid-19 virus, but due to prior assistance

What will this mean for the 2020 election campaign? Other than canceled

direct contact with the public and politicians and Heads of State from

are likely to be attempts to create more distractions to force mail-in

be protected, yet able to function as before, and bodes well for the 2020

The so called Hot Spots identified by Dutchsinse almost exactly line up
with the soft rock stressed by the New Madrid desire to rip. As we have
detailed, the soft sedimentary rock was the first to rip when the Hard
Rock Hotel in New Orleans collapsed on October 12, 2019. Though
being called Hot Spots they are not emitting heat but microwave, which registers on radar and is in the
electro-magnetic spectrum and thus participates in the electronic screech
that rock under compression tension exhibits. Air pockets are squeezed

Arcing from one electronic Hot Spot to another is also occurring, as

Sweden, made WHO’s support for the measures untenable. There’s never

Dr. David Nabarro, the WHO director general’s special envoy, said last

Lockdowns were effective early in the Covid-19 pandemic because there
were not enough ventilators in hospitals for those that needed them. In

The key in a viral infection such as the flu, of which Covid-19 is a
variant, is herd immunity. This is why the annual flu disappears after a
few months. Herd immunity has been delayed in most countries because
of lockdowns.
Sweden is the model showing what would happen if the world had not used
lockdowns. Antivirals and ample ventilators were not available to Sweden,
nor had they deployed a vaccine. They compare favorably to the other
European countries, showing that lockdowns are only delaying herd
immunity, not changing the spread or lifespan of Covid-19. Limited
lockdowns or quarantines to slow the infection rate so that hospitals are
not overwhelmed have been effective in this regard, but also only slowed

Giuliani gave the contents of the laptop over to The New York Post,
which wrote a report saying it contained a 'smoking-gun' email

to his son about his overseas business dealings. A MacBook Pro
believed to be owned by Hunter Biden - because it had a Beau Biden
Foundation sticker on it - turned up at a computer repair shop in
Delaware, where the owner turned over a copy to the feds and also made
a copy of the harddrive for Giuliani. Giuliani said the FBI had
investigated it and produced a grand jury summons as evidence.
Why is Giuliani bringing forth this information, providing it to the New
York Post, at this time? The FBI was aware of the content of the laptop’s
hard drive almost a year ago, but resisted prosecuting candidate Biden to
avoid the appearance of meddling in politics. We have confirmed the Todd
Starnes insider leak about the White Hat Biden Double likely to
withdraw from the campaign. This would instantly invalidate all the
mail-in ballots for Biden, the majority of which are fraudulent. This
would be most effective if done close to November 3.
The scenario painted by Todd Starnes would require the Biden persona to
have a serious "life changing" medical condition. Certainly even the
original Biden had senility problems, but the Double has perpetuated this
image. Senility is an excuse that Biden could use if accused of lying
about his knowledge of Hunter’s Burisma business. This would allow him to
avoid prosecution, and once President he could not be prosecuted during
his term. The new Biden laptop revelations would force the Biden senility
to be openly admitted, thus force a withdrawal from the campaign.
In that the Biden persona is at present a White Hat Double, under the

Is the Canadian Strategic Planning committee talking about Martial Law

This Strategic Planning committee is talking about taking over all private
ownership – homes, lands, businesses – and assigning them to a government

beyond Martial Law, which only mandates law and order and distribution and
growing of food stuffs. Martial Law directs private industry, but this
Strategic Plan is taking away private ownership. Who and what is forcing
this?
This Strategic Plan is assuming that banking failure will be complete at
some point in the near future. That due to panic rioting (i.e. Nibiru
awareness) and geologic and climate disasters (i.e. the pending Pole
Shift) that there will be no cash flow, no collection of taxes, and no
payment of debts of any kind. They are hoping to pre-empt this situation
by debt forgiveness in exchange for property forfeiture. In fact, all
properties would be seized, by one means or another. Then when disaster
strikes, those in the government can run labor and slave camps as they
please.
I don’t know how the Junta finds
these perfect body doubles. It’s hard to believe actually because the
person that IS the double must be somehow “erased”. Their real
identity concealed. Those doubles had their real names and lives
before they assumed the role of being a body double for another
person. My question is how is the real identity of a body double
person erased and concealed?
How is it that with hundreds of Doubles already replacing their real
counterparts, no Doubles have come forth with an exposé? Most criminals
arrested and/or executed do not receive a Double but simply disappear from
public view. Perhaps they issue tweets or comments by email, but this does
not require a Double. They announce early retirement, or a decision to
travel abroad, or simply are not heard from anymore. But for politicians
at the helm of government or a handfull of celebrities closely watched by
the public, Doubles are sought.
What is the requirement for selection as a Double? Facial structure, body
size, and audio check for a similar voice. Out of 7 billion plus humans on
Earth, every Double requirement has tens of thousands of candidates.
Plastic surgery can align the individual with the original, and steps like
hair color and makeup can be applied. All Doubles out in public view are
given a team to assist them, so can evade awkward questions or be prepared
with answers.
The Doubles selected are, as we have mentioned, primarily out of work
actors. They are also socially isolated, introverts rather than
extroverts, and are selected because they are without mates or family
connections. They are paid immensely well so that the possibility of a
book deal is not tempting. They also must sign papers stating that if they
reveal their status before the “end of the engagement” that they agree to
being restrained, imprisoned, and to the loss of all their compensation
and benefits.
The danger in exposing a Double comes not from the Double but those with a
vested interest in the original being replaced. Since criminal behavior is
involved, those with a vested interest are threatened with arrest and
imprisonment or perhaps being sent to Gitmo with a grim outcome such as
execution. They choose silence. They assume that in time there will be a
change in government and they can speak out, write a book, and even sue
for damages. They comfort themselves that all these Tribunals are just due
to President Trump in power, and campaign for the Democrat candidates.
Why did the Council of Worlds allow
the Zetas to destroy their planet in the past? But in the case of
Earth, the Council of Worlds stepped in and helped solve the North
Korean problem. Kim Jong-un could have just given the order to start a
nuclear war. He could do it easily! If one laboratory develops a
deadly virus and it breaks out, would the Council of Worlds intervene
in that case? It can even happen by accident at a regular
university! In the end, a lone terrorist may simply provoke a nuclear

There is much confusion among mankind about how and when the Rule

We have stated that the nuclear arsenal built by the US and Russia during
the Cold War was dismantled by
ourselves and other benign aliens at the direction of the Council of
Worlds. This step was taken in part because the world had already
voted to be a home for those in the Service-to-Others orientation,
and thus it had become a home for ourselves, the Zetas, and the hybrids.
We have a vested interest. When we ruined our

affects the Hydrogen Sulfide level. This setup has been in place since 2
Pole Shifts back, approximately 7,200 years ago, when an African Roll
caused mountain building in what is now North Turkey to block the entrance
from the Mediterranean.
What will occur during this forthcoming Pole Shift will radically
transform the region around the Black Sea. During the hour of the Pole
Shift a new inland bay will rip
into the Eurasian Plate through Persia up toward the Ural Mountains. This
will traverse the rivers that feed the Black Sea, flushing them with water
from the Indian Ocean. Meanwhile, the African Roll will complete, dropping
the continent into the Indian Ocean and pulling it away from the
Mediterranean. This relieves pressure on the Turkish Straits, which again
allows the Black Sea to be flushed with water, this time from the
Mediterranean.
None of this activity will flush out the Hydrogen Sulfide, but it will
dilute this poison pool and begin the cleansing process. Now comes the sea
level rise to 675 feet, which happens over the next 2 years as the bottom
of the oceans, heated by friction during the crustal shift, heat the cold
water of the ocean deep so that it swells. This will flood the Black Sea
once again, this time flushing the Hydrogen Sulfide completely because
once diluted it mingles more readily and is caught in the undertow.
What will this mean for those fishing on the shores of the Black Sea?
Other than having to scramble for higher ground during the hour of the
Pole Shift, they will not notice this changeover. The Hydrogen Sulfide
will not explode into the air, but will rather be increasingly submersed
and diluted. When the Hydrogen Sulfide is flowing in the undertow it will
always be at a lower level. The nature of the fish living in the Black Sea
will change due to new arrivals from the Indian Ocean and from the

A Zogby poll from late August indicated 36% of Black voters
approved of President Trump’s job performance, along with 37% of
Hispanic voters. The Rasmussen Tracking poll showed a surge
in approval for the President by likely Black voters between October
19-23 of 21 points, from 25% to 46%. Ditto a Zia poll, taken in
Michigan and released October 20, which showed Trump getting the
support of 46% of Black voters and almost 40% of Hispanics.
Considering Trump won only 8% of the Black vote and 28% of the
Hispanic vote in 2016, this has to be considered a major plus
As we have stated, the Junta has many options available to negate voter
fraud during the 2020 Presidential election. The universal mail-in ballot
process has flooded ballots in many states, most not requiring voter
verification, so that the mail-in ballot count has been hopelessly
compromised. As we detailed, this could be resolved by endless court cases
with the potential that the Pelosi Double
assumes the Presidency for a period of time on January 21 due to an
uncertain outcome. Another option is for the Biden
Double to withdraw from the campaign just prior to November 3. That
moment has arrived.
Just what the Junta will decide to do as of this writing on October 29 is
not certain, and as it is in the hands of man it cannot be predicted with
certainty by ourselves, the Zetas. But there are signs that the fraudsters
are recognizing that they have lost the game. We predicted in August that
those in the media declaring false polls would gradually adjust their
claims to avoid embarrassment. They have started to do this. If the
defrauded universal mail-in ballots are insufficient to counter the valid
early voting and voting at the polls on November 3, then tying the outcome
up in court may not be an option for the Democrats.
