Votecall on Internal Auditor Appointment

One issue under discussion during the September meeting was replacing Ron as Internal Auditor with Jan. The Internal Auditor is appointed by the Board and serves at the pleasure of the Board. Due to lack of a quorum, we conducted a votecall by e-mail. Our Secretary, Shirley, has reported the results of the votecall.

On September 22nd, Clipper made a motion, as follows: "I make a motion to replace our Internal Auditor with Jan, as he does a very good job a keeping an eye on us." This motion was seconded by Shirley. The Board members who voted on the motion to appoint Jan as our new Internal Auditor were Nancy, Clipper, Gerard, Jan [abstaining], Lyn, and Shirley. Results: 5 in favour with one abstention [vote carried].
