Votecall on Lockbox Keeper

One issue under discussion during the September meeting was changing the Bylaws to allow an officer, as well as a non-officer Board member to maintain the Secretary's lockbox on US soil. Due to lack of a quorum, we conducted a votecall by e-mail. Our Secretary, Shirley, has reported the results of the votecall.

On September 22nd, Clipper made a motion, as follows: "I make a motion to change the bylaw and remove the text that states 'who is not an officer'." This motion was seconded by Shirley. The Board members who voted on the motion to appoint Jan as our new Internal Auditor were Nancy, Clipper, Gerard, Jan, Lyn, and Shirley. Results: carried unanimously.
