So the Orion launch was successful. Could you comment on what changed from yesterday to today? Were there concessions made? [and from another] The Orion launch had all manner of problems on its first day, December 4. First there were boats out in the water, too close. Then they claimed there was wind, although the NOAA gauge only showed 6 mph then increased to 21 mph. Then it was a series of valve leaks, mechanical problems with the launch equipment itself. This pushed the window for launch to the end, so resetting to another day was required. The next day, December 5, everything went as planned, a good launch, presumably a good splash down hours later. This was a test run, to see if Orion could get up and back, and to run a number of safety tests for having a crew onboard the next time. My question is, did they reduce the mission in order to have a successful launch? They were clearly blocked day one, why was day two a success? Orion will serve as the exploration vehicle that will carry the crew to space, provide emergency abort capability, sustain the crew during the space travel, and provide safe re-entry from deep space return velocities. On December 4, 2014, Orion will launch atop a Delta IV Heavy rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's Space Launch Complex Flight Test on the Orion Flight Test: a two-orbit, four-hour flight that will test many of the systems most critical to safety. The Orion Flight Test will evaluate launch and high speed re-entry systems such as avionics, attitude control, parachutes and the heat shield. In the future, Orion will launch on NASA’s new heavy-lift rocket, the Space Launch System. More powerful than any rocket ever built, SLS will be capable of sending humans to deep space destinations such as an asteroid and eventually Mars. Exploration Mission-1 will be the first mission to integrate Orion and the Space Launch System.

The behind the scenes war with the COW has reached a fever pitch, the reluctance in the elite, who are furiously angry, visible in steps such as Netanyahu’s recent power grab. This type of polarizing is just a sign of their anger and determination. The Orion launch was only successful as the mission objectives were changed after the first failed launch. NASA got the message, and removed equipment from the missile.  What was allowed was merely a launch and recovery after splash-down, without the human safety tests originally included. This saves face for NASA, but does not bolster the elite’s sense that they can trick the Council of Worlds. Behind the scenes, the elite have once again gotten the message.

Internet news sites appear to be blocked perfectly. This IT guru showing it and discussing it teaches and explains that it is mainly news sites, information sites. Is this the self crowds preparation to prevent Obama from making the announcement? Both sites are back up as of this writing, and it's unknown why they went down. Nevertheless, the Internet was flooded with theories. Posters at the Free Republic said the site could be accessed by its IP address, indicating a problem with DNS, an Internet protocol that allows users to access sites by name rather than a numeric address.  [and from another] http://www.naturalnews.com/047877_news_sites_censorship_government_blackout.html  A number of online news sites were blocked as the ISPs "tested" advanced technology that is capable of blocking access to the Internet. The blocking included popular sites like Before It's News, Drudge Report, CNN, MSNBC, Natural News, The Epoch Times, Instapundit and others. The Chinese version of Epoch Times was unaffected, indicating it was targeted to English language news web sites. A blank white screen and "couldn't connect" message were the result after the request timed out. The Washington Times reported that The Drudge Report and WorldNetDaily "went dark" as a "curious coincidence" in the midst of an FBI warning about a widespread malicious software (malware) attack that was launched initially against Sony Pictures Entertainment. In addition, TheBlaze reported that the two sites were offline for hours, giving visitors this message: "This webpage is not available."

Where it is clear that popular websites like the Drudge Report and World Net Daily and CNN seemed inaccessible for hours, it is not clear who did the deed. Was this a hack, related to the hack into Sonny data just days before? Was this a government sponsored test, to snuff the news if the announcement admitting that Nibiru is real and nearby occurs? Was this at the hand of the New World Order, the elite who presume to run the world? Who would have the ability to stop the flow of only select websites as the data departs from various Internet Service Providers (ISP)?

The cutoff was at the point of origin, the test pointing to the specific ISP server via the Internet Domain Name Servers (DNS) which translate a request for CNN.com to a unique series of numbers – the server Internet Protocol (IP) address. The requests came in, but no data went out. Instead, a substitute blank page informed the requestor that the request had timed out, or the domain name could not be found. This Internet shutoff test was to determine the effectiveness not only of the cutoff, but of its ability to selectively cutoff websites. Some blocked, others allowed to function normally.

TV stations have an automatic cutoff, and can be controlled thus by a switch. Why else is there a 30 second delay during broadcasts? All TV stations and major ISP’s are owned by someone, and have a major stockholder who is wealthy. The dominant stockholders, thus, are either part of the elite wanting to block the announcement by Obama or can be influenced by one of the elite. They are known, and can be threatened. Though considered ultra-rightist, the Drudge Report was included in the test as Drudge was inclined to succumb to Council of Worlds pressure, allowing the truth about Nibiru to appear on his popular site.

All this is a sign of the intensity of the battle behind the scenes, where the Council of Worlds has gone to war with those blocking the announcement. The public has a right to know the truth about the pending passage. The primary villains are the banking industry, Israel at the hands of Netanyahu, and the wealthy elite who control the media. Secondary villains are Republicans or the ultra-right politicians who ally with corporations and the 1%, and fear a rioting populace will degrade their assets. The royal family in the UK, the Queen, are also adamantly opposed to the announcement as they plan to flee the UK as it floods and drowns and want secrecy around their plans. During this war, the cover-up crowd may start attacking each other, and the war is at that point.

Who hacked Sony? http://rt.com/news/212855-sony-fbi-korea-hack/  The FBI says it cannot confirm whether the computer leak that has devastated Sony Pictures Entertainment was orchestrated by North Korea, or any other entity. Meanwhile, the hackers themselves have posted more threats and confidential data. Guardians of Peace, a group that has taken responsibility for the hacks, unveiled on the Github coding website. The movie in question is 'The Interview,' a Seth Rogen comedy about two news anchors being recruited by the CIA to kill North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, which is scheduled for a Christmas release in the US. Initially, the media and several security companies ran with the most enticing North Korean narrative for the attack. Pyongyang has publicly objected to the release of 'The Interview' since summer, and added fuel to the fire with a statement congratulating the hackers, while failing to take responsibility. Early tests of the cellphone emergency alert system in New Jersey caused panic after Verizon customers received text messages warning them that a “civil emergency” was in progress and to “take shelter,” prompting alarmed citizens to flood 911 lines with anxious calls. Back in October we also reported on how television viewers in several different states were interrupted by an emergency alert from the White House warning them to stand by for an emergency message and not to use their phones.  AT&T subsequently blamed a nationally syndicated radio station for triggering the alert message, although this explanation was questioned by some given that only the federal government has the capability of sending out EAS alerts. We have stated that the public will see only the flash and parry of swords from a distance during the Council of Worlds war with the cover-up crowd. Meanwhile, periodic tests of the Emergency Broadcast System in the US are done, to see if the channels are open. As of this writing, they are not yet open. The war is still on, full press. Meanwhile, during the flash and parry of swords, one can see resistance, pleading, panic, and capitulation.

While loudly maintaining bravado, refusing to give Obama coverage on his immigration amnesty announcement, there are subtle signs that the media is starting to comply. No perpetrator was identified when several major media sites - including the popular Drudge Report and CNN and MSNBC – were down for hours, clamped off at the website ISP. This was done by the elite, to warn the media not to comply with the Council’s demands. Now the CIA torture reports - an extreme embarrassment to cover-up advocates Dick Cheney, the CIA, and the Republican Party -  is getting prime time coverage.  Progress has been made.

While loudly proclaiming that they will indeed go to Mars, the Orion test flight was delayed for a day until crucial life support equipment tests were removed. Meanwhile, the bravado and bragging continues, as the elite hope that after the announcement they can go back to business as usual – saving their own skins. Bankers are still being found dead for mysterious or suspect reasons, but killing witnesses will not allow them to escape an expose. The banking industry has now begun to pressure media moguls to allow the announcement. Netanyahu’s power grab looked on the surface to be coming from strength, but he has over reacted by isolating himself. He will thus be the obvious target when Israel’s secrets are revealed.

Since the Council of Worlds went to war with the cover-up, the Sonny hack occurred, with the FBI still not able to discern who the perpetrators are. N Korea does not have the skills, and demands that The Interview - a movie embarrassing to N Korea - be pulled just part of the frame-up.  The group making claims, the Guardians of Peace, is working at the hands of the Council of Worlds, and is being assisted by angels, thus. Sony is being used as an example, to other media elite, of what lies ahead for them if they do not comply with the Council’s demands. Time is running out for these media moguls.

And what of William and Kate’s sudden visit to the US, which included a one-on-one between William and Obama? The Queen and many in the UK government are adamantly opposed to breaking the cover-up over the presence of Nibiru. The Queen has sought asylum in various countries, including the US under Bush, as she intends to desert the commoners in the UK when the Earth changes increase. William and Kate and their adorable toddler have recently visited New Zealand, seeking this for the royal family. But this visit to the US is to strike a deal – the Queen will allow the announcement re Nibiru if Obama agrees to bring the royal family to the US and give them protection. The offer was, of course, refused.  

This article appeared on NBC News about a sudden delay in the SpaceX launch for the strange reason of just making sure everything goes off without a hitch but state everything is fine. This flight of the two-stage Falcon 9 rocket and uncrewed Dragon cargo capsule is expected to mark the first test of an unorthodox system for landing the Falcon's first stage on a floating platform in the Atlantic Ocean. While the Falcon stage descends to that tricky but potentially cost-saving touchdown, the Dragon would fly on to a rendezvous with the space station and deliver supplies and equipment — including NASA's Cloud-Aerosol Transport System.

Space X is taking a page from the Orion launch, which was only successful after they removed life support tests. Orion was thus a skeleton launch, with no more significance than the Apollo flights in the 1970’s, which went up and eventually splashed down. We know NASA can accomplish this. The elite keep testing their limits, hoping that the slight concessions they grant to the Council of Worlds demands will be enough to allow them to get back to business as usual – helping the elite escape to safety on the Moon or Mars.

On December 2 Orion escaped the explosion that occurred during the Orbital Sciences launch on October 28, and in analyzing the cargo and intent, it is clear that the Orbital Sciences mission was cluttered with multiple agendas. Publicly, it was to resupply the ISS, which had until the present been allowed by the Council. It was clear that trying to hide the mission agenda from the Council behind a humanitarian front would not work. Do they think the Council merely reads the news? Space X is trying to reduce the mission to a resupply of the ISS and the testing a new landing method, thus needing more time before launch.
